How to Return a Mary Kay Starter Cosmetics Kit
So you were convinced to join Mary Kay finally and after thinking about it and fretting about it for the two or more weeks it takes for the starter kit to get there, you have decided this may not be the best idea. You are probably already getting phone calls from your recruiter and director telling you that it's best to have inventory and trying to tell you about the great 'free' products you'll get if you make a purchase (oddly, I've never paid state tax on a gift from any place except Mary Kay). The stress is already getting to you and you haven't even opened the box yet.
Things You Will Need
Step 1
Stop! Don't open that Mary Kay box in the first place if you're having doubts. Refusing to accept it from the UPS delivery man is probably the easiest and best way to go about returning it. If you have already accepted it though, go to step two.
Step 2
If you have already opened the box, but you haven't used anything yet, repackage everything and put it back in the box.
Step 3
Don't have the original box? Get a different box and put everything in that box.
Step 4
Seal the box of Mary Kay cosmetics with a good packing tape.
Step 5
Return the sealed box, via FedEx or UPS, to the Mary Kay company.
Mary Kay Inc.
P.O. Box 799045
Dallas, Texas 75379-9045
Step 6
Wait, be patient and then relish when that reimbursement check arrives.
If you have already gotten in deeper than just getting that starter kit and ordered product, this is no longer an option. You'll need to go a different route to send back all your product. You can return all of your Mary Kay product for 90% of your money back.
