There are very few phrases that can I silence a room; well very few phrases that are not vulgar. One of these phrases is "I Love You". "I Love You" expresses to somebody that you feel something for them that you don't feel for the majority of the people you know. Saying I love you means you care for this person, you wish the best for them and you wish them nothing but positive things.
