The part of your title "by yourself" interested me. So many people feel bereft if they have to spend time alone. Your tips will hopefully help 'someone out there' realize that WE can be our own best company. It just needs to be coaxed to 'come on out' from the immense storehouse of ideas and fun recollections tucked away in our minds. But don't wait until you need to think of "What I can do by myself?" You should practice summoning happy entertainments as a habit. Then even if you must be alone you will gradually even begin to appreciate it.
Thanks for the helpful article!
