By Edited Nov 13, 2013 0 0

Yeast free cooking is a good way to get rid of candida overgrowth. Candida is a yeast that lives in your gut. We all live with candida and other micro organisms in our digestive systems all the time. These organisms help us breakdown foods and even help product nutrients essential to our survival. Normally candida isn't a problem, but when medication or illness allows it to overgrow it can cause all kinds of health problems.

The candida can start to take over your digestive tract crowding other healthy micro organisms out. As they do this they produce waste produces that can compromise your health. The candida can also start to infect other areas of your body leading to vaginitis, thrush, an itchy rectum, and even earache. The toxins released by candida can contribute to asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, allergies, migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, autistic traits, and bad breath.

Cutting yeast and yeast promoting foods out of your diet can significantly cut down on the symptoms of these disorders and can even get rid of some conditions together.

Avoid some vitamin supplements. Vitamin B supplement almost always contain yeast.

Cook with fresh vegetables. All vegetables are acceptable to eat unless they are starting to go bad. Mushrooms and other fungi cannot be used in this type of cooking.
