These organisms help us breakdown foods and even help product nutrients essential to our survival. Normally candida isn't a problem, but when medication or illness allows it to overgrow it can cause all kinds of health problems.
The candida can start to take over your digestive tract crowding other healthy micro organisms out. As they do this they produce waste produces that can compromise your health. The candida can also start to infect other areas of your body leading to vaginitis, thrush, an itchy rectum, and even earache. The toxins released by candida can contribute to asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, allergies, migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, autistic traits, and bad breath.
