How to Take a Tequila Shot

Tequila is a fun shot to take but it has to be done correctly in order to taste as delicious as possible! Follow these steps for a great tasting shot of tequila.

Things You Will Need

Tequila
Shot Glass
Lime slices
Salt

Step 1

Pour your tequila shot into a shooter glass. Wet the side of your hand and sprinkle salt onto it.

Step 2

Lick the salt from your hand.

Step 3

Drink your tequila shot.

Step 4

Suck on the lime.

Step 5

Repeat!
If done in the proper order, tequila goes down very smoothly.
