How to Tie a Tie
Tying a tie is no simple task. It can be very difficult, especially if it has never been done before. However, learning how to tie a tie is a must in every man's life. So now is a perfect time to learn how to tie a tie. After all, you never know when that special occasion will pop up where you have to wear a tie.
Things You Will Need

Put your tie around your neck. The wide end of the tie should hang a couple inches lower than the skinnier end of the tie. Make sure the wide end of the tie is over your own right shoulder.Step 2
Take the wide end of the tie and cross it over the skinny end of tie giving it 3 sections. The Left, Center, and Right.Step 3
Now simply take the wide end of your tie and move it underneath the skinny end from left to right.Step 4
Take your recently moved wide end of the time and put it through the center loop. Step 5

Bring the wide end of your tie over the knot so it is almost parallel with your shoulders. Basically move it from left to right.Step 7
Move the wide end of your tie through the loop by passing underneath.Step 8
Ok here is where a lot of people make their mistakes so be careful. You want to bring the wide end of your tie down. Do this while passing by the loop in front. You should now try to tighten your knot of the tie to your liking.Step 9
You may now finally use the narrow end again. Horray!! Pull the narrow end down with one hand while simultaneously moving the knot up with your other hand towards the collar of your shirt.Congratulations!! You have tied your first tie.
