There are three websites that you can access to time bathroom breaks when you are out and about. This simple bodily function can cause plenty of frustration, so head out armed with knowledge that will bring peace of mind.

Things You Will Need

Pen
Paper

Internet

Determine what movie you will see at the theater. Go to RunPee.com before going to the movies. This site will tell you, in minutes, when there will be a lull in the movie. Don't read too much, unless you want a spoiler, the site will also tell you what you might have missed. Write down the minutes on a piece of paper. Once the movie starts, make note of the time on your watch or cell phone. When you feel the need to use the restroom, check your notes against your watch to see how long you have to wait. You can also plan breaks accordingly, especially if you have small children with you.

Map out your road trip or day of sightseeing on paper. Go to WhereToWee.com before you head out on a road trip or for a day of sight seeing. Enter the areas you plan to be in. This site will tell you where nearly all of the nearby public restrooms are. Plan your day accordingly.

Determine what locations you will be visiting and write them down. Go to TheBathroomDiaries.com before you head out and enter the places you will be near. This site has a list of bathrooms, from around the world, and lets you know if they are safe, clean, handicap accessible, have changing tables, unisex bathrooms and whether or not they are open 24 hours a day. Plan the events of the day accordingly.

Tips & Warnings

Check all three of the websites to determine if they have cell phone applications if you won't have computer access.
