You can find out exactly how much you will be paying on a property purchase using a mortgage calculator. Here is how to calculate your payments with mortgage calculator.

Step 1

Visit mortgageloan.com/calculator.


Step 2

Look on the left side of the page and scroll down to where it says "Mortgage Calculators". Click the drop down box arrow.


Step 3

Select the type of loan you are considering. The mortgage loan calculator will calculate many types of mortgages Interest Only, Arm, Balloon, Bi-Weekly Mortgage Payment, Fixed Rate etc.


Step 4

After you have selected the mortgage type, a new window will open. Plug your numbers into the mortgage widget and the mortgage rate calculator will calculate your mortgage rates and give you interest and payment information.


Home ownership can be a great investment, but you want to be able to enjoy life also. Home lenders suggest a cap of approximately 25% of gross monthly income for house payments.
