How to Write Thank You Cards for Bridal Showers

By | 1 Comments | Rating: 0 | |

A bridal shower is an exciting time for a bride. This is a time when she gets to spend time with her female family and friends as they help her out with gifts that she may not be able to purchase herself. The best gift the bride can give back is appreciation by writing thank you cards for her bridal shower.

Things You Will Need

Thank You Cards

Pen

Step 1

Give someone the job of writing the name of each gift on the gift cards. This is a great way to keep track of who got what and when you look back at your cards years later you can read what they bought you as well. Taking a picture of the gift as you open it will also help you when writing thank you cards for the bridal shower.

Step 2

Writing of the thank you cards for bridal showers should be done by the brides themselves. The entire message should be written out and not typed and just signed by the bride. This adds a personal touch that the giver will appreciate.

Step 3

State in the thank you cards for bridal showers the gift given to the bride and express gratitude for the gift. Since the giver took their own time to purchase a gift for you it will mean a great deal to them that you take the time to specifically mention their gift.

Step 4

Explain, if possible, how you will use or display the gift. A picture of the gift in your home would be a great addition to the thank you cards for the bridal shower or a short anecdote about you have used or will be using the gift.
