How to be Thin in a Male Girdle
If you're a man and you've hit forty, you have probably hit a point in your life where you are pretty comfortable with where you're at. This is the time where most men have a stable job and they have settled down with a wife and kids. Life is calm and relaxing. It is so comfortable in fact that you've started developing a bit of a belly from the gradual ease into a sedentary lifestyle. This is natural for men who have accepted a routine and it can come as a big shock to those who have been jocks all their lives to find out that their bodies don't metabolize as fast as it used to.
However, if you've developed a belly, it shouldn't send you into a midlife crisis where you feel you need to buy a sports car and have an affair in order to feel attractive. Sure, you start noticing that the guys at your workplace are younger and fitter than you but there's a way you can compete without drastic lifestyle changes. One simple way to hide a gut is with a men's stomach girdle.
The word girdle probably conjures up old female granny underwear and this is a pretty hard image to overcome. However, if there's a way to feel young and hip it's by wearing a male girdle. That's probably how the younger guys fit into their skinny business suits as well.
The male girdle probably came about for the desire to have equal footing with the ladies in regards for a Spanx underwear for men. Spanx is a leading body shapewear company for women. However, Spanx still hasn't come out with a line for guys so other companies filled in to take the market. And judging by the acceptance of the younger generation, body shapewear for men is here to stay.
So if you notice you've developed a bit of a belly, don't despair and turn it into a midlife crisis. Instead of a brand new car, just buy some new underwear.
