If running is not an option for you because of bad knees or foot problems, you can see fat burning results walking as well. You can incorporate walking into your daily routine very easily. Depending on your neighborhood, you can walk to the grocery store instead of driving for quick shopping trips. Walk your child to school and walk to pick him up. At the office, use the stairs instead of the elevator and walk to a coworker's desk instead of sending an email.

If you live in a climate where running or walking is not an ideal option, you may want to join a local gym and take a spinning class to burn fat and calories. A spinning class will provide a trained instructor who can make sure your technique is good and who will keep you motivated to optimize your workout.
Before choosing a gym, take a look at their class schedule to make sure there is a class that you can attend regularly with your personal schedule.
