How to determine your baby's gender naturally

Have you ever tried different methods to determine the sex of your baby? If you do then you have found the right place. It has been discussed for years that your baby's sex can be determined by your sexual intercourse position and also your food intake.

There are two ways you can determine your baby's gender; the clinical way and the natural way. Of course the medical procedures are more reliable and accurate but they are very costly and most couples are looking at the natural way to determine their baby's gender. It is free and is also proven to be effective by many people.


Sexual position and food intake to conceive a girl

For you to produce a baby girl, a man must pull back during ejaculation. The sperms must be deposited far from the egg. The idea here is to kill the male sperms. For your information, a male sperm is known as a sprinter and a female sperm is known as a marathon runner. It means that when sperms are deposited far from the egg, the male sperms will die before they can reach the egg whereas the female sperms can reach the egg because they can live longer.

It is also said that female sperms can live comfortably in an acidic environment.

These are my recommendations, eat foods that contain:

1. High calcium like dairy products, example: milk, yogurt and cheese.

2. Magnesium like beans, legumes and leafy green vegetables.

Avoid taking alcohol and caffeine and any foods that contain high in potassium such as bananas, potatoes, spinach and watermelon.

Sexual position and food intake to conceive a boy

To produce a baby boy, you just need to do exactly the opposite way. A man should use a deep penetration technique during ejaculation. The sperms should be deposited as close as possible to the egg to allow the boy sperms to reach the egg ahead of the girl sperms. Always remember that a male sperm can swim very fast but the life span is very short.

To produce a baby boy, you want an alkaline environment. Foods that contain more alkaline are meats, pasta, fish, flour, vegetables, caffeine and chocolate. Try to stick to a high calorie diet while trying to conceive, over 2,200 a day of calories. I know it may sound too much because you really have to eat a lot, but trust me, you will get your reward at the end of the road.

Also eat foods that contain high potassium and avoid foods that contain high magnesium and calcium( like dairy products). Well, I'm not going to explain the technical aspect in detail, (I'm not a food expert) but it is enough for you to know what you should eat and what you should avoid. You will be just fine.

Check your pH level every morning. It is very crucial to know whether your body is acidic or alkaline so that you can adjust your food intake accordingly.
