How to get Free Stuff Using SwagBucks

In this day and age, where new gadgets come out every other day, it can be very tempting to go out and buy a new toy. Why would you want to do that when you can get the toy free by using Swagbucks?

Now you must be thinking, this is another one of those scams where I have to fill out 20 surveys to get one point. Nope! Swagbucks is different from those hard to complete survey websites like Rewards1.

Swagbucks is a search and win site. All you have to do is use the Swagbucks search engine instead of Google or Yahoo. Now you're thinking, well I'm not going to be able to find what I need with Swagbucks Seach. Wrong. The Swagbucks search engine is powered by Google and Ask.com so there is no loss of quality in your search results. You can even install a toolbar to your browser for faster searching.

When you search Swagbucks, every five to ten searches will tell you have received 1, 5, 10, 20, or even 100 Swagbucks. The Swagbuck will automatically be deposited into your Swagbucks account and you can continue with your search. When you have enough for an item, you can Snag it.

It's as easy as that! There are no credit cards or checks involved.

Things You Will Need

An e-mail account and this link to sign up.

Step 1

Go to the Swagbucks sign up page.

Step 2

Fill in the boxes using your name, address, e-mail, and a password.

Step 3

Once you've made your account, confirm your e-mail account. To do this open your e-mail and click on the Swagbucks email. Then click on Verify.

Step 4

Sign into Swagbucks, if you aren't already signed in. You'll notice that you will already have 3 Swagbucks just for signing up.

Step 5

Now you can search. In the middle will be a search box, type in your search query there and hit enter. Sometimes you will get Swagbucks, sometimes you won't. When you do you will get a large picture of a Swagbuck at the top of your search results. The amount of Swagbucks you have are in the gray box.

Step 6

You can browse the prizes at the Swagshop. It contains everything from vintage VHS to iPhone. Once you have enough Swagbucks, you can purchase these items by clicking Snag.

Step 7

You can also get more Swagbucks by giving your old cellphone to them. Each cellphone is worth a different amount of Swagbucks. Click on Go Green to learn more.
