Between a long day at work and taking your kid's to their soccer games life can become full and stressful. Being in a lot of stress is not healthy for your body. Practice healthy events throughout your day that can lead you to a stress free day and life.

Things You Will Need


Step 1

First, get up slowly in the morning. The more you rush the more stressed out you will be. Getting up slowly will give you extra time so you aren't rushing around looking for things at the last minute when you are supposed to be out the door. It is also helpful to set out your clothes, shoes, jewelry and whatever else you will need for the next day, the night before.

Step 2

Next, have a cup of coffee to start your morning off great. Either make the coffee in your own home or stop at your favorite coffee shop to spoil yourself with a delicious cup of coffee. Although it is much easier to stop at a store and get a cup of coffee, making it in your home is a lot cheaper in the long run.

Step 3

Arrive to work with a smile on your face. Let your co-workers know that you are willing to make this a great day. Having a positive attitude will make your work day go by quicker and leave you feeling relaxed and without any stress. The less stress you bring yourself, the quicker your day will go.

Step 4

After your work day is over give yourself enough time for dinner before running the kid's to a practice or lesson. If you are unable to cook a full meal, stopping at a fast food place may be the best for your entire family.

Step 5

Lastly, tuck your kids into bed early. Let them wind down with a movie or a book and give yourself some time to yourself. Choose between listening to music while reading a book and relaxing in a warm bubble bath.
