It can be a royal pain and so very time consuming to have to iron your clothes all of the time, especially on those days when you are in a hurry to get out the door. Here are some steps you can take to help prevent some of those wrinkles from ever taking shape.

Before placing your freshly washed laundry in the dryer give them a good shaking out. Help get rid of those wrinkles brought on from being cramped and bunched together in the washing machine with other clothes.

Limit how many items of clothing you toss in the dryer at any one time. This will give them the space they need to spread out and dry without become a big old wrinkled mess.

Step 3

Check your dryers settings. Some are equipped with a wrinkle guard setting that will assist you in eliminating those annoying wrinkles.

Hang it up! As soon as your clothes are done drying take them out and hang them up before they have the chance to cool down. If left bundled in the dryer for long periods of time they will wrinkle without fail but getting them out right away eliminates this opportunity for wrinkles to set in.

On the same note when you hang your clothes, be sure you are not just cramming them into a closet. Otherwise you will be defeating the whole purpose. They are going to need a little room to hang freely without getting caught up on other garments if you want them to remain wrinkle free.
