Step 1

Get a vision test. You should test your eyes to find out what the problem is. It's important to note if you have a astigmatism or other eye problems. If you simply have a near-sided or far-sided vision problem, you can improve your vision without glasses.

Step 2

Take key vitamins. Vitamins such as, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin B2 and Niacin all help improve vision. Always incorporate these vitamins in food rather than taking the vitamins in pill form. Foods like, carrots, fish and eggs can all help to improve vision.

Step 3

Reduce eye strain. Different things can cause eye strain. Things like Reading, watching TV, or bad lighting can cause eye strain. You can reduce eye strain by taking breaks from your computer or TV. When reading, you might need to use a type of reading glasses to help reduce eye strain. Also, you should create a good balance of light and dark in your reading area.

Step 4

Get a good nights sleep. You should always get 6-8 hours of sleep per night. A lack of sleep can cause the eyes to become restless and strained. By getting a good amount of sleep, you are relaxing the muscles in your eyes.

Step 5

Do yoga. Science has proven that Yoga can help eyesight by relaxing the muscles in your eyes as well as increasing blood flow. Try to get in at least 30 minutes of Yoga per day. Your eyesight should start to improve within days.

Step 6

Do eye-exercises. Eye-exercise is when you focus and re-focus your eyesight. You can do this by putting a piece of paper in front of your right or left eye and then removing to focus on farther distances. This exercise will help your vision by going in and out of focus.
