Step 1Drink lots of water for the entire month. This is important to lose 30 lbs in 1 month. You can have one diet soda a day but that is all! Also, if you don't like the taste of water, use fresh limes or lemons to spruce it up. You can also use the crystal light packets if you wish, just make sure you get in water everyday, especially during exercising.
Step 2Choose a diet plan that will work for you. I personally love the Fat Loss Secret Diet (link in my signature on the left). It worked for me but everyone is different. I had over 100 lbs to lose, you may not have that much. Low carb diets are good and so are low calorie. Low fat diets have shown to not be as effective. You must change your eating habits if you want to lose 30 lbs in 1 month.
Step 3Choose an exercise plan that you can do 6 days a week. I personally hate doing cardio so I do the Turbulence Training exercise program (link in my signature on the left). Again, everyone is different. Pick a plan that works for you and make sure you commit at least 45 minutes a day to it! Exercise cannot be skipped if you want to lose 30 lbs in 1 month.
Step 4Weigh yourself every week, on the same day in the nude. This will keep you motivated because you WILL see the pounds drop off. Do NOT weigh yourself more than once a week. Track your weight in your weight loss journal on your way to lose 30 lbs in 1 month.
Step 5Keep a weight loss journal to track your diet, exercise and weight. Also keep track of your feelings, cravings and everything you can to keep you motivated to lose 30 lbs in 1 month. A weight loss journal is one of the most important tools to succeed in losing 30 lbs in 1 month.
