Planning and mental attitude

You can get a solid fat loss plan by setting goals that are smart specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bounded. Other things that you should do are motivate yourself and to always believe in yourself.


Your diet is probable out of whack if you have excess tummy fat. If it make you want to reach for fad diets, don't - fad diets will only harm your long term success.

You can make your own diet geared for fat loss. Do this by eating as healthy and balanced as possible and stick to the right portion sizes.


If you want to lose tummy fat, you have to exercise regularly (at least 5 days a week). The best fat burning exercises that there is, are cardio interval training and full body weight training.

For best results you should do cardio interval training for 3 days a week and weight training for 2 days a week.

Determination and persistence

Your determination and persistence will make you win the battle. And even when you have lost your tummy fat, you should continue to exercise regularly and eat right.
