Here i will teach you how to make a lemon ice box pie. The lemon pie is very easy to make. The lemon pie is great for family, friends, house guest.
Things You Will Need
Frozen lemon juice
cool whip
graham cracker crust
eagle brand condensed milk
yellow food coloring if you want the pie to be yellow
First you will need to let the frozen juice and cool whip thaw at room temperature.
Well they are thawing get out your bowl and a spoon to mix with.
Second pour the juice, cool whip, milk in the bowl and mix well. Add yellow food coloring now if you desire.
Third pour the lemon mix in the graham cracker crust make sure it is smooth on the top. Once you have the pie smooth place the lid on the lemon pie and place in the ice box on a flat surface.
The lemon pie will take about 1 to 2 hours to set. Take out when ready to serve. Store the rest of the pie in ice box.
