Step 3 You want to eat healthy. Start eating lots of vegetables, fruit and poultry. Today there are many health programs available on t.v. to give you an idea of what you should be eating. You will want to stay away from fried and fatty foods. Fried and fatty foods will clog your arteries. Make sure you are eating three meals a day. Don't miss breakfast; this is the most important meal of the day. You want to make sure there is lots of fiber in your diet.
Eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise will help keep you out of the doctor's office. Taking vitamins will help maintain your immune system. Start taking care of your body today.
