How to treat anxiety depression disorder with natural remedies

By Edited Nov 29, 2016 1 5

The worst feeling

"Anxiety Depression Disorder is the worst feeling a human being could experience". These are the words of the second psychiatrist who treated my wife, a victim of this terrifying illness. It is hard to understand, and yet so common in today's society, everywhere! I always thought wrong about many people attempting against their own lives without considering they could be mentally affected. Now, I have a different opinion since, indirectly, I am facing the worst time of my life suffering by the side of the person I love the most in the world. I want to help her and many others in the same situation. The statistics of people having this disorder are overwhelming. I have been researching the symptoms, possible causes and treatment methods to cure anxiety depression disorder naturally and I want to share this knowledge with you:

Things You Will Need

More than any material things, you will need a firm desire to overcome this disease, if you are the direct victim; extraordinary patience and love, if you are caring. In any case, Philippians 4:13… never lose your faith!

Step 1

The human body possesses an extraordinary ability to heal itself. I don't know about you but I hate medications and their side effects. I truly believe anxiety depression disorder can be treated naturally, but this fact is extremely difficult to understand in today's comfort era. Many practitioner health advisors suggest that the causes of the symptoms of anxiety and depression disorders are undetermined, unknown, or undefined; something like that. The cause may come from an unbalance of chemical substances in the brain, a childhood trauma or abuse, genetic they might say. Well, they may, or may not be the origin of all these chronic symptoms like panic attacks, heart palpitations, hopelessness, despair and anger, suicidal ideas, excessive stress, etc. But it will be more likely to develop these symptoms if we don't sleep well, eat appropriately, and balance our daily routines with exercise and distractions for a long period of time.

Step 2

Antidepressants and Anxiolytics will help the symptoms of anxiety depression disorder (ADD) to subside, but excessive doses will cause the person to feel drowsy during the day. Take Kava, Pineapple Sage, Brahmi, German Chamomile and Valerian as hot infusions daily. These natural herbs are known to have natural antidepressant and anxiolytic effects. Your body will let you know how much to take after a couple of days. Also take vitamin B12 as it supports the normal functioning of the brain and the nervous system.

Step 3

Exercise and adopt new productive habits daily. To avoid anxiety depression disorder, a terrifying illness of the mind, it is necessary to be constantly occupied. "Leisure is the mother of all vices" And any ADD symptom easily becomes a behavior vice. With the proper time allocated to rest, find a productive hobby apart of your job or daily routine. Read books, walk 30 minutes a day, go swimming, running or crush that P90X fitness program. Learn something new on the web, volunteer to enhance your community, you call it. Leave no room for dreadful thoughts. Stay as much as possible away from the TV set!

Step 4

Last but not least, I would like to suggest maintaining a quality spiritual life of constant improvement. Our optimal health depends on three main factors, a balance of spiritual, mental and corporal well-being. Practice daily prayer as it is the main source for all natural cures.

There are a lot of resources available on the internet to keep learning how to best prevent and treat ADD. Although I think medication will do more harm to the body than any good, it may be necessary with more severe cases of ADD along with Psychotherapy.

Tips & Warnings

Do not ever give up fighting this terrible mental disorder.

Find support in your loved ones.

Be really patient and always willing to be healthy.

Sleep well during the night.

Trust in God!

Wonderful article! I suffer from anxiety disorder that is controlled with drugs, but if it weren't for my faith in God I wouldn't make it through the day. "I can do all things through Him who gives me strenth!" God bless and thank you for this great article!
