However, it's important to take these with foods to get the full benefit. Simply taking a multi-vitamin will not have the same effect, it is more difficult for your body to use the vitamins when not taken with food.

Step 2

Limit consumption of caffeine and other stimulants. Caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine and sugar can make your anxiety a lot worse. By limiting your consumption of these stimulants, you can significantly improve your symptoms of anxiety. Simply replacing water with coke products will also make a big difference.

Step 3

Take herbs. Ginseng, Chamomile, Kava Kava, Lemon balm and Valerian can significantly improve the symptoms of anxiety. You can mix these herbs with food in a blender to help your body absorb them more effectively. Also, mixing key herbs to make herbal teas can help improve anxiety as well.

Join an anxiety group. Self-help groups are great for people with anxiety, because you can meet people who have the same experiences as you. Talk to a therapist. By talking to a therapist, you can find out what the core problems are. It's good for people with anxiety to have someone they can talk to. Someone who is experienced in dealing with these problems. You can get a therapist just to have someone to talk to. You don't necessarily have to take medication.
