How to use the Colorswash Effect in Photoshop

Have you ever seen a picture where one part of the image was in color while the rest of the image is in black and white? This is an artistic technique that can really make an object 'pop' in your photography. You can easily achieve this look by applying the colorswash technique to your image in Adobe Photoshop.
