Hollywood celebrities can have healthy, blond hair, so can you. Just follow a few basic rules.

After having your hair bleached, wait a few days, before you wash it.  Brush your head very gently, to avoid breaking your hair and splitting ends.  Give them time to rest - only then it will cover itself with natural oils, excreted by your head’s skin. These oils will prevent breaking hair and splitting ends.

Before washing, put an olive oil.  Extra virgin olive oil is usually lighter and lightweight, but as other kinds – it works the same, and can be easily wash down with shampoo.  However, extra virgin olive oil can be washed down a little bit quicker.

Pour spatter of olive oil on one palm, and spread it on both hands. Now gently spread olive oil on your hair, from pate to ends. To spread it evenly on whole length,  brush it softly with detangling comb.

Make sure, that hair ends are properly moistened.  If need be, put extra doze of oil on it. Proper hydration will prevent breaking and splitting ends.

Leave olive oil on your head for around quarter or even an hour, if you want to moisten them deeply. At the same time you can put a mask on your face, do computer jobs, or even make a dinner.

If you want, you can improve the effect of the therapy  - to do so, you can coil your hair with dry, or wet, warm towel.

You can also leave olive on your head during bath or shaving, and wash it afterwards. Warm and damp of bath, will intensify treatment’s effects.

Smoothly wash your head with shampoo.  Gentle washing , especially when your hair is long, means rubbing shampoo into the area around hair bulb, with stroking  moves.  Do not tangle them and avoid yanking  - it will cause hair loss.

To moisten bleach and dry hair, put conditioner on its entire length.  It is good to apply an extra doze of conditioner on hair base, place where you tie up pony tail and on the ends.  Try to notice which parts of your hair are being damaged most during everyday habits.

Conditioner should be put by smooth, stroking moves - under any circumstances do not rub it into or tangle your hair.  When using detangling comb, apply conditioner on whole length of hair. It will prevent their tangling.

To dry your head, coil it with towel. Remember to do it very smoothly. You can also squeeze, and gently press it form hair bulb to the ends.

After initial drying,  put a bit of protective cosmetic on it. It will not only moisten your hair but also protect it from destroying during combing and brushing.  Additionally, this measure will protect them during stylization.

If you are planning to stylize your hair, consider applying product, which will give them shine. It can be gel, meringue or lacquer. Many of these products contain oils and vitamins, which prevent damaging during straightening or drying.

Twice a week, repeat hair -  moistening measure. If they are vulnerable to negative influence of salt or chlorinated water, repeat this measure every day. You can spend loads of money on hair cosmetics containing healing oils, or start using olive oils.

Olive create “protective coat” on your hair. It makes them gleaming and smooth, as well as protects them from excessive overdry.
