Look for ingredients such as partially hydrogenated fats, vegetable blends with anything 'hydrogenated,' and most margarine and cooking blends. If absolutely necessary, use cholesterol-fighters such as Promise and Benecol. Most of us don't need to consume any additional fats, and these you should definitely avoid while breastfeeding baby.
#2: Saturated Fats include fats from most four-legged animals (like cow and goat, plus more), milk fat, butter or lard, and tropical oils like palm and coconut. Baby gets plenty of fat from your breast milk naturally, so avoid this while breastfeeding baby.

The most common forms include brown sugar, corn sweetener, corn syrup, dextrose, fructose, glucose, honey, invert sugar, lactose, malt syrup, maltose, molasses, evaporated cane sugar, raw sugar and sucrose.
