Improve Grip Strength
How to Improve Your Grip Strength

Do you want a firmer hand shake? Perhaps you want to improve you grip strength to be able to do your job better. Or maybe to stop your self weaken to early whilst your climbing, bouldering, playing tennis or even the piano or guitar.
What ever your reasoning might be, there is a style of grip strengthening that will suit your needs. All it requires is ten minutes each day to improve strength and the muscles in your hand, wrist and forearm. It's a simple thing that makes you feel good about yourself, to no be worried that you want be able to open the jam jar that your girlfriends asked you to help with. Or perhaps you're a girl working in a male dominated environment and don't wish to seem to weak for the job.
Improving Grip Strength is easy; you can buy a Captains of Crush Hand Gripper, which come in 10 different strengths so that you can build up slowly your hand strength. There is the Gripmaster which not only concentrates on the overall strength of your hand but also that of your individual fingers. The GripMaster also comes in different strengths and with exercises to vary the training. These GripMasters are really good for people playing musical instruments as it emulates the individual movement of the playing.
One of my favourites and is the best for grip strengthening: Dynaflex Powerball. The Dynaflex Powerball uses a gyroscope to improve arm strength by exerting an outward force onto the palm of the hand. This requires you to push down on the Powerball and keep it spinning its revolutions by the oh so tiny movements of your wrist and forearm. The Powerball is also very good for those people who are recovering from an injury and need a safe way of recuperating and rebuilding the strength in their arms. This is because the gyroscope only needs small movements but with a constant force to rebuild the muscles of a weakened arm. My top pick for grip strengthening is the Dynaflex Powerball.
Seriously a few minutes a day is all it takes to improve your grip strength and give you the confidence to take on new challenges.
