Lovers of alcoholic beverages should pay a visit to the Heineken Experience and House of Bols during their trip to Amsterdam.
The Dutch Heineken beer brand is famous among beer lovers all over the world. Fans of the golden beverage can visit the Heineken Experience museum, which you can find in the former Heineken brewery in a historic monumental building.
At the end of the tour, visitors will receive a complimentary drink. According to Dutch law and Heineken policy, alcoholic beverages are not served to visitors under the age of sixteen.
The Heineken Experience is open daily from 11:00 until 19:00 hrs and admission is 15 Euros. Tickets can be purchased until 17:30 hrs. Holders of the I Amsterdam Card (-25%) and Holland Pass (-20% or free) will get a discount.
Visitors under the age of eighteen must be accompanied by an adult. The Heineken Experience is accessible for disabled visitors. Wheelchairs are available free of charge but need to be booked 48 hours in advance.
The Heineken Experience museum is located in the city center of Amsterdam and can easily be reached by car and public transport.
House of Bols
The House of Bols is open daily from 12:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs, but closed on Tuesdays. On Fridays the Bols museum is open from 12:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs. Admission is 11.50 Euros. The Bols musuem is centrally located in Amsterdam and easily accessible by car and public transport
The minimum age to enter House of Bols is 18 years. Visiting under guidance of an adult is not allowed. The House of Bols is accessible for disabled visitors.
