Internet begging/cyber begging is a really interesting and kind of funny concept I came across a couple of months ago. It's just like begging in the real world except less shameful because you are hiding behind a computer screen the whole time. A lot of people are seeing a lot of success in ridding themselves of debt and/or earning extra money by begging their way to the top.
Some people online have set up simple websites and started to beg for money through the internet and many have seen a lot of success doing this. I remember reading about some people that have completely eliminated all their debt entirely from the generosity of others on the internet. It's a really interesting concept in my opinion.
One of the biggest benefits of cyber begging is that it can be done anonymously according to Wikipedia. Heck, if you're desperate, it's not that bad of an idea. Noone ever has to find out, right? In my own personal experience, although I've never done any cyber begging, the shameful things you do on the internet come back to bite you in the butt sooner or later so I'd really think of the possible consequences of doing this before actually doing it.
You can ask for money online for just about anything you can think of like for example: to pay off debt, to pay for breast implants, to pay for cancer treatments, to buy a new car, to dodge bankruptcy, and much more. Your imagination is the only limit here. Heck, I'd reckon you could set up a website to cyber beg your way to your first million dollars. After all, if you ask a million people to give you 1$, you'd be a millionaire. Don't tell me that after reading that, you wouldn't even consider it? You thought about it, didn't you! I wouldn't be surprised because it is a very tempting concept.
If you are seriously considering it, which I do not recommend, you have to know that some countries have made this practice illegal so you'll have to do a little research to find out if you're allowed to be doing this in the first place. Either way, whether legal or illegal, I read on Wikipedia that noone has gotten into any serious trouble for cyber begging yet.
If you're interested in learning more about cyber begging/internet begging and related concepts, I'd encourage you to do a google search for these 3 things:
1. Save Karyn(Karyn is one of the most successful cyber beggers out there)
2. One red paperclip(Not really about cyber begging but it's a really interesting story)
3. Million dollar homepage(Not at all cyberbegging but again super interesting and can give you some more respectable ideas on how to make money through the Internet)
As always, comments are welcomed and encouraged. Cheers!
Thanks for reading.
PS. I know it's tempting but unless you're really desperate, I don't think you should resort to cyber begging. It's just not worth it. There are a lot of other ways to make some good money to pay off debts or to pay for whatever it is you need at the moment. Just my 2 cents.
