All of this, and it is also said to give great stamina and more energy also. Many people use acai as a cleanser, because it is also known to detoxify the body, and flush out harmful traits within. Beware of this if you are considering acai, as it can make other medicine you are taking less effective, because it will likely flush it out of your body. Be sure to ask your doctor to see if he/she believes it is a risk you should consider.
It seems as though it may just be a fad, but the one true way to determine the benefits of acai juice, is to try it for yourself. Be sure you buy a true, whole, pure product to make sure you are able to reap any acai benefits that acai has to offer! There are many scammers out there, do your research, and choose wisely!
