Lemon for Smooth Skin
mixed with diluted lemon juice can help fight skin infections, and when added to turmeric powder makes a  great paste for a face mask.   Apply it to the affected area for about a half hour and then rinse off with warm water.  Another favorite choice is a cucumber face mask.  Cucumbers are rich in silica, a mineral that helps strengthen the connective tissue in the skin.  Cucumbers blended with honey, oats, and yogurt makes a refreshing alternative face mask.  The mixture can be chilled before it is applied to the skin for about thirty minutes, and then rinsed off.
