Juicing as a Complement to Weight Loss Dieting
If you want to lose weight, there is only one way to do it. You need to reduce the calories. Usually, this is done with proper, healthier food choices that have less calories (known as dieting) or by using up calories stored in the body through physical activity (known as exercising). Unfortunately, this is not as easy as it sounds, which is why many people resort to, and ultimately fail, with those lose weight fast schemes.
This is where some of those people will try to exercise and eat healthy, but always look for an easier way to do it. Juicing is often seen as the simple way out, by juicing your produce and reaping the nutritious benefits that will magically shed pounds. And again, this is where people will fail - because they rely too much on juicing, which is a real shame, because if done properly, juicing is a great way to supplement your weight loss diet.
Juicing fruits and vegetables is a great way to stay hydrated, which is extremely important when losing weight. It will help make you feel full and fight off your appetites. It will also clean out your digestive system and kidneys allowing the body to metabolize foods better (and store less fat), as well as flush out toxins that can increase weight gain. Finally, if you are eating less during your diet, staying hydrated is important to ensure that the body can still carry out many of its bodily functions.
Vegetable juicing also gives you all the nutritional benefits that you would get if you ate your food raw. It is very important to eat healthy when dieting because you will be eating less and burning more calories, so you will need plenty of nourishment to allow yourself to cope with your diet.

The disadvantage of juicing is the lack of dietary fiber. Best to eat the fruits and vegetables directly.
