Using Ginger and Apples—acid reflux can be eliminated by the use of fresh apples as they reduce the chances of the condition by keeping the acid in the stomach at minimal levels. Ginger is also good to make sure that the symptoms are eliminated regardless of that form that it is taken in.

Change of lifestyle—the lifestyle change may be very effective as it prevents the causes of the condition. If a patient is an alcoholic or smoker, he/she might need to quit making sure that the condition does not occur to them.
