I used to think Weight Watchers was just for women. But like I said in an earlier article, my doctor suggested the program to me(I'm a guy) when I asked her what I could do to get back in shape. I was surprised to hear this from her because she was not the first person to suggest it to me. So, I looked into it and sure enough it's open to men as well.
So far, I've lost over 25 pounds following this system and I'm feeling really good about myself. I still have a long way to go but I'm getting closer every single day. For anyone considering losing weight, this program is perfect for you. You need support if you want success in weight loss or in anything else in life and Weight Watchers will provide you all the support you need.
Also, Weight Watchers is about a lifestyle change and not about dieting and that is the key to the program's success. If you are dieting, you are setting yourself up for failure. You cannot expect to be restrictive with what you eat and maintain a healthy weight. If you try dieting, you will more than likely get stuck in yo-yo dieting. You probably know what yo-yo dieting means but if you don't it's basically where you struggle and lose weight a week and gain it back(maybe more) the next week.
This program I am recommending actually helps you improve your life for life instead of it being a short-term fix. You need to make a commitment to living healthier if you want lasting results and this program does just that for you.
What I really love about the weight watchers meetings is the fact that so much great information is shared by the program leaders and the members like myself really have a great time while sharing great tips we've come across. It's like one big family where everyone wants everyone else to succeed. We're like a team at weight watchers. That's why I'm writing this article. When I find a product or a service that really does what it promises it will do, I'm more than glad to use my voice to promote it. Sure, I'm no Kate Hudson but maybe that is a good thing. I'm just a regular guy and it worked for me. This shows you that you don't need to have movie star qualities to be successful with this program. Believe me, if it's worked for me, it can work for you.
Before I signed up with this program, nothing was working for me. I tried and tried many different approaches to weight loss but I just couldn't do it alone. I was desperate and that's what led me to Weight Watchers first. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I'm really glad I joined. It has changed my life and I can feel my self-confidence slowing coming back and I'm really close to reaching my 10% weight loss goal. That's my first major goal but I'd like to lose more afterwards. Actually, I'd like to lose a total of 100 pounds. It's no small feat but I'm confident that with the help and support of the people at Weight Watchers... I'll be able to do it.

You get a lot of attention from people of the opposite sex once your transformation is done. It's like a complete makeover.
