Kid Sized Quesadillas
Easy recipe for kids.

Ingredients;
1/2-cup Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
add, cooked ground beef or cooked diced chicken if you like.
2-10-inch flour tortillas
toppings:
sliced olives
chopped tomatoes
sliced green onions
chopped green peppers
Step 1...Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on half
of each tortilla.
Step 2...Top with with your choice of toppings.
Fold tortillas in half and press to seal.
Step 3...Heat a 10-inch skillet over moderate heat.
Cook one folded tortilla for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Flip once. Repeat with the other tortilla.
Step 4...To serve, cut each tortilla into 3 triangles.
Sprinkle with more toppings if you like.
Pigs-in-a-Blanket
An easy kids party food.

Ingredients;
1-package (11 ounce) refrigerator bread sticks
2 tablespoons milk
1/3-cup Parmesan cheese
8-hot dogs
Step 1...Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Unroll bread sticks. Brush the bread sticks
1 at a time with milk, then roll in the Parmesan cheese.
Shake off excess cheese.
Wrap each bread stick around a hotdog, pressing
ends to seal.
Step 2...Place on lightly greased baking sheet and
bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until bread sticks are
golden brown.
Serve with catsup and mustard.
Mini Pizzas
Great pizza recipe for kids.

Ingredients;
4-english muffins, split
1-can pizza sauce
1/2-cup chopped pepperoni
1- 4 ounce package Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Step 1...Preheat broiler. Place the muffins on a large shallow
baking pan. Broil 5- inches from the heat for 1 to 2 minutes, or until toasted.
Step 2...Spread the pizza sauce onto the muffins.
Top with pepperoni and cheese.
Step 3...Broil for 3 minutes more or until heated through
and the cheese is melted.
Tacos
A kid friendly meal.

Ingredients;
8-mini corn taco shells
1-pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1/2-cup salsa
1-cup lettuce, shredded
1-cup shredded Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
1-large ripe tomato, finely chopped
Step 1...In a small saucepan stir together the meat and salsa,
heat for 3 or 4 minutes, or until warmed.
Step 2...Fill the mini taco shells with meat and salsa mix, top with lettuce
cheese, and tomatoes.

Great ideas. I have never tried using Parmesan cheese on the pigs in a blanket. Here is another one to try. Fry bacon. Set aside. On a cookie sheet,place 6 to 8 slices of bread. Cover each slice with pork-n-beans, place a slice of cheese on top, then top with bacon. heat in oven until cheese melts and seals the beans between it and the bread. We call this beany burgers.
