LED TV Brand Comparison Review

By Edited Nov 13, 2013 0 0

There are a lot of brands out there making LED televisions. This is a LED TV comparison. We will discuss the different brands and talk about which TV is the right choice for you.

First, I would to say a few things about the lesser known brands. Sometimes there is a reason these brands are lesser known. For one reason or another, they just don’t cut it compared to the bigger brands.

Other times, the lesser known brands provide a superior product that is actually cheaper than the bigger brands. So, make sure you keep an open mind when it comes to shopping for televisions. You never know what you are going to find.

Let’s start with LG. Years ago, I knew that when I purchased a flat screen television, it was going to be an LG. I told my brother about this, and he told me something that changed my opinion on electronics forever.

He told me that the days were gone when you could simply rely on a brand name. This was because brand names had started making great products and lousy products. All brands were the best at some things, and the worst at others.

So, he explained that I couldn’t just buy an LG and be sure that I was getting the best television out there. I had to do LED TV comparison to make sure that I had covered all of my bases.

From then on, I have always done my research before buying any electronic. LG has some of the best selling most highly reviewed televisions. Recently, their prices for LED televisions have dropped.

My most recent research indicates that they currently have the best value for televisions. Like I said before, you need to do your research before you go out and purchase one of these televisions.

You never know what you are going to get unless you know what you are going to get. Sharp has pretty good televisions as well. Their televisions are heavier and thicker than other brands, but they are also sometimes cheaper.

Like I said, right now LG is winning the price battle, but usually it’s Sharp. Vizio is the horse you never expect to win the race, and then sometimes they do. I would say that Vizio has had more duds than other companies.

Still, if you do your research, you can find some good Vizio televisions. You need to make sure that your research dates back far enough. Some of these televisions look great at first, but then end up being a bad value because they break down early.

So, I cannot tell you which brand is the best. You are going to have to find a model that works well for you. I would lean toward LG first if you are purchasing in the near future.

Otherwise, you are going to have to do your research. LED TV comparison is a great way to make sure you are getting a good deal on your electronics.
