1-cup sour cream
4-ounces cream cream, softened
2/3-cup taco sauce
1-1/2-cup shredded lettuce
1/3-cup chopped green pepper
1/4-cup chopped onion
3/4-cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4-cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1-medium ripe tomato, chopped
Step 1...Combine sour cream and cream cheese in a small
bowl and beat until smooth.
Spread this mixture into a 8-inch circle on a large plate.
Spread taco sauce over the cream cheese mixture.
Step 2...Layer with lettuce, green pepper, onion, Cheddar cheese
and Monterey Jack cheese. Sprinkle the tomatoes on top.
Step 3...Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
