Hyperhidrosis is an over sweating disorder that is categorized in two types; general hyperhidrosis and localized hyperhidrosis. Localized means that an over sweating problem only occurs in a certain part of the body and "General" means that excessive sweating happens generally on parts of the body.

Among all the body parts, the underarm is the most prone to smelling bad. Since the armpit is usually clipped as move, sweat and body heat are always locked in thus creating lots of room for bacteria to build up and cause foul smell. Given this fact, we all must learn useful tips on how to prevent underarm sweating.

Learning how to prevent sweating is a better choice than going directly to a doctor to undergo procedures that will remove your sweat glands. Though removing a sweat gland in a particular area means that you will not sweat ever again. Removal of sweat glands on one location of the body could cause other parts of the body to sweat more. For better options, you try preventing the problem naturally for a safer and no side effects approach.

Here are helpful tips to follow on how to prevent sweating:

1. Drink eight glasses of water daily to help the body stay cool. If the body feels cooler, sweating lessen. Without sweat, you'll be odor free.

2. Showering everyday with an effective anti germ soap instead of beauty soaps will keep the body fresh and germ free all day. If the body is well protected from bacteria, body odor will be effectively prevented.

3. Use Lemon extract daily after your shower to fight off odor causing germs.

4. Use an effective deodorant everyday to effectively prevent sweat. Blocked sweat ducts is an assurance that sweat will not wildly drip off your armpits.

These four simple methods are great ways to prevent sweating without needing to ask a doctor's advice. You do not really need to spend lots of money to address over sweating; you just have to keep your body clean, dry and fresh all day.

However, if you think you might have a medical condition that is triggering your body to over sweat, then consult a doctor. Symptoms like excessive sweating due to nervousness, sweating accompanied by chest pain or other body pains should be considered as warning sign. These side effects of over sweating could be indicators of a serious medical condition.
