I'm not sure how you can stick to strictly this cleansing drink for two whole weeks, so that's very impressive if it is true. I have no doubt that it does work in terms of helping you lose weight, if you have nothing but the lemon cayenne pepper detox drink for two full weeks. You're likely going to lose weight if you remove solid food from your diet for any extended period of time.
I do believe that this drink does have health benefits, as I mentioned above. I believe it will work in cleansing your organs and removing poisonous chemicals and toxins. However, I don't think it's necessary to stay on this cleanse for 14 days. I'm not sure how many people could realistically stick to that diet plan. I know that I couldn't. I would start out trying it over a weekend instead, because you would still get the health benefits, and the time frame is a little more realistic.
