Lose weight with your spouse by working together on an eating plan and exercise plan. Decide today that you will turn off the television and plan to lose weight.

Buy a treamill, exercise bike and some weights. Clean out the spare bedroom and turn it into an exercise room. Install a television on the wall and maybe add some music.

Wake up at the same time every morning and stretch. Get the coffee going and then hop on that treadmill. Start by walking slowly and then start running. Wear heavy layers of clothing to get a good sweat going.

Drink a lot of water. Eliminate soda because you know it is not goof for you. Staying hydrated is key to yur body functioning. Diet soda is okay, but I would not recommend it.

Communicate with your spouse and do weigh ins every day. Encourage each other and set goals. Working out together will also improve your sex life and overall marriage.

Take stock of how well you are doing every month. Weigh yourself every day. I used to weigh 215 lbs. and now I weigh 188 lbs.
