MSN symbols

By | 0 Comments | Rating: 0 | |

Some of the coolest MSN symbols can be found not inside emoticon packs or smiley downloads, but right inside your computer! There are loads of possible special characters that you can insert into your conversations, your status or your MSN name and the best thing is – they're free!

In the past, everyone used to use the MSN Messenger download on their computers to chat with their friends and family. It's good software, but sometimes when we go outside with our phones, or perhaps access the internet using a laptop which doesn't have MSN installed on it, we can't get to our smileys which we have uploaded into our account. This is not fun!

People also often use online MSN services like Meebo which can't use your own personalised emoticons, so what can you do? The answer is that you can copy and paste MSN symbols from here and use them anywhere you like! Here are a couple of examples:

- Airplane MSN symbol

This cool airplane can be copied into your status or your MSN name! You can copy it anywhere and show people that you're travelling on the road, or maybe even on holiday!

- The love heart

Someone special wants to hear from you, so why don't you send them a heart to show them that you love them? You can use this one anywhere (in chats, status, name or even in word documents if you want!).

® - Registered trademark symbol
Do you ever come up with funny or crazy MSN names which your friends try to copy from you and steal?! Stop them and tell them that you've trademarked your jokes by using this cool registered trademark symbol for MSN! You can also copy and use this on your Myspace page or on your website, if you want.

- Music note symbol

The music note is an all time classic special character, and now you can use it in any MSN status or name. You can tell people which song you're listening to, or maybe what radio station you like. You could maybe put your favourite lyrics inside it too, and then put it in your status so your friends can see what you like!

These are just a few examples of MSN symbols – there are literally thousands that you can use, and you can find them easily if you search the net for them. You can even find them yourself by experimenting with holding the ALT key and pressing numbers on your number pad (although I find this a bit boring!).
