Mac or PC

With today's technological advancements it is difficult to narrow down all the options. When it comes to a personal computer, people don't know whether they should pick a Macintosh or a windows based computer. Well here at StreamlineInfo we have created a guide to help you decide what computer is best for you!

What kind of person are you?

Are you someone who is very creative?  If you like to work with multimedia then Mac is the industry standard. The most high end recording studios in the world use Macintosh to run their software. Mac's have shown to be very consistent and stable when running complex software.

But, if you are someone who does not like to express their creativity through a computer then a Mac may not be for you. You might be someone who needs a computer for the sole purpose of checking your emails and surfing the web every now and then. There is no need to spend an exorbitant amount of money for a Macintosh if you need it for only simple purposes.
Here is a table to help you figure out which computer you belong to.

This is not entirely accurate. For example, PCs last much longer than you say.

That remark was made from several sources I have come across as well as my own experience of owning 4 windows based machines. All failing within a short time period. Thankyou for pointing out a critical flaw in my article, which to me is that the 6 months to 1 year period I stated is not true for all PC's. There are many windows based machines which last a very very long time. Most of them are not built with the quality of a mac. But you can build a windows based machine very cheap with just as good of quality. Thankyou for taking the time to read my article friend :)

Hello my friend!

You are correct, when a PC is taken care of, cleaned regularly and managed properly, they have the propensity to last for years :)
