Make Money Online with CashCrate

WHAT IS CASHCRATE? CAN YOU REALLY GET PAID TO DO SURVEYS?
You might have heard about Cashcrate, it is one of the best known, most popular and trusted "get paid to" websites out there. Read on for a detailed Cashcrate Review with some cool Cashcrate tips and tricks thrown in.
WHAT IS A 'GET PAID TO' WEBSITE? ISN'T THIS JUST A BIG INTERNET SCAM?
Earning money online with Cashcrate is a real and legit way to make money. Cashcrate is a paid survey or "get paid to" website on steriods. A "Get Paid To" or GPT website is exactly what it says. It's a website that pays you to take some kind of action. It could be fill out a survey (the most common form of 'getting paid' to do something) or fill out a form, or try out an online game (online poker and casino games being the most popular). Some of the 'get paid to' activities are free but some of them you pay or use your credits (e.g. Cashcrate credits) in order to participate in them (but you will get something back such as a discount, or the chance to win money etc)
You might be wondering why a website would pay you to fill out something so simple as a survey? Sounds too good to be true right? Must be an internet scam, right? Well, believe it, there are many companies and brands out there who want to find out more about YOU, your shopping habits, your lifestyle, your income, your spending patterns, your home situation, your wishes and desires, your tastes and influences and other info so that they can tailor their products and marketing strategy to match you.
For example, a travel company might want to know how you make your vacation travel decisions: is it based on price, on website searches, on reviews, on seeing ads in magazines, on your budget, on the distance you have to fly, on special offers...you name it. This information is so valuable that companies are willing to pay you to give them these details.
And there are companies out there who are willing to pay you to try out their service or product, or fill out a basic survey just for your honest and thorough feedback.
Now, there probably are 'get paid to' websites out there which are a scam. To be honest, I don't know of any but as a general rule about internet safety, be careful about signing up for anything that came to you through a spam email, and be careful of any website that asks you for your bank account details especially passwords and such like.
Cashcrate is completely legit and not a scam. I know this from personally receiving Cashcrate checks. I too though it was a scam thing too...I mean I come from the school of if it sounds too good to be true, it must be. Well, Cashcrate is real alright, but although it is an easy way of making money online, it's not quite the 'make lots of money online' or 'get rich quick' some people might have you believe. (To their credit, Cashcrate do not make any dodgy claims about huge earnings or make millions on line. Read their blog and visit their forum in which real Cashcrate members talk about their actual experiences
WHAT'S THE BEST THING ABOUT CASHCRATE?
The first best thing to say about Cashcrate is that you earn $1 just for signing up. How about that! Talk about easy money!
WHAT IS SO GREAT ABOUT CASHCRATE- Earning money online with Cashcrate really is "easy money" in that you can do it from anywhere as long as you have internet, and it is completely brainless. BUT it's not exactly a lottery win: see my list of Cashcrate disadvantages below. I love sitting on the couch in the evening watching TV and mindlessly filling out a survey or form. It's easy. My family are always laughing at me, but when they saw that I was really earning money online from the comfort of my couch, they ended up joining too. We must look a funny sight, sitting there at night all with laptops on laps filling out surveys. I have introduced some friends to it too, but for some reason, for other friends I'm far too embarrassed to mention it! I've become semi-addicted...so semi-addicted that I have turned down nights out in order to fill out surveys!
- Cashcrate is legit. It is not a scam. They have been around since 2006 and have over 2 million members. Just check out the website and see for yourself.
- It is free and very easy and quick to join
- You can join from almost any country. Other well-known Get Paid To sites like Project Payday are for US residents only at the time of writing this
- Cashcrate pay out every month (but with a minimum payout of $20)
- They have a super generous referral program. You get paid 20% of what your referrals make and get this, you also get paid 10% of what your referrals' referrals make!! Huge deal! If you refer more users, your percentage payout increase. You can earn up to 30% of any of your referral's earnings and ... drumroll....20% of their referrals' earnings. That's pretty awesome. In fact, judging by their forum, referrals is a big earner for many people.
- You not only make money with Cashcrate but you can save money too. There are a ton of offers, discounts, trials etc. At time of writing there are discounts of up to 6% on Apple ITunes, Babies R Us, Blinds.com, Champs Sports, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Foot Locker and many more. And many of these online-shopping discounts and offers are available to worldwide residents. You can also get cashback on some of purchases. Though, the truth is that I have never tried any of these...come on, I'm just on Cashcrate to make money!
- You can also make/win points that can add up to cash e.g. you can earn 20 points by posting a picture of your Cashcrate check payment on a thing they have called the 'Payment Wall'. There's a Cashcrate prize shop where you can redeem your points or you can use them as credits to play Tournament Games. Points can up surprisingly fast so you should make the most of them.
- They lots of bonus offers, games, contests and promotions...and this can all start to stack up too
- Their interface is very easy to use
- You will receive emails on offers that are available to you so you don't have to log into your account and check manually all the time
- They have a super helpful forum, blog and community with lots of Cashcrate tips and tricks and other advice. I like the honesty of the forum, looks like moderator allows a lot of frank discussions to get through. And of course, I'm always reading the section about how much others are earning...keeps me motivated
The disadvantages of Cashcrate
- I guess this isn't a disadvantage but it's more of a serious Cashcrate REALITY CHECK. If you're expecting to retire just by filling out surveys that pay cash...think again. I am pretty slow at typing and I'm filling out forms while I'm watching TV and after a hard day's work so I'm not exactly the Cashcrate model member, but let me give you a real Cashcrate earning example. I once made $20 for about two hours of work filling in surveys in one evening. (I'm too lazy to spend more than a couple of hours here and there...in truth I spend way less time than that). That is not including the income I get from referrals. That's $20 bucks, not $20,000 so don't get your expectations too high that you can give up your day job and make money online that easily. For me, I see it as easy and great pocket money, but no more than that. So this is NOT passive online income (except for the referral earnings), it's called "get paid to" because you have "TO do something"! And you have to do quite a LOT to start earning decent money. I'll be honest, there are days, sometimes weeks that have gone by when I just cannot be bothered to fill out yet another survey! For sure, for some people this is too much of a commitment to seem worth it, no matter how mindlessly easy it is.
- Although I did say you can join from almost any country, there are far more offers for US residents than any other country
- As mentioned, CashCrate pay out every month, so if you're looking for a super quick way to make money online, Cashcrate isn't quite it. There are other Get Paid To companies which pay out nightly but I picked Cashcrate because I'm not a US resident, they have a ton of offers and they are legitimate.
Cashcrate Tips and Tricks
Having been a member of Cashcrate for a few months, and having friends and family who have become members too, here's a few Cashcrate tips and tricks.
- If you're just interest in making money with Cashcrate and let's face it, that's the prime reason 99.99% of people join, head straight for 'Complete Offers" and then "Cash offers". Sort by "100% Free" and "Rating" so that the best and completely free offers come up first
- Use The "Skip It" button. With a lot of surveys, companies want to be able to market other stuff to you. After completing the survey, just head straight to the 'No, thank you' or "Skip this Page' option otherwise you will get a lot of promotional material in your in box.
- Create a new email account just to deal with Cashcrate. You get a lot of promotional emails and you don't want to clutter up your regular email inbox with all of this.
- Word of mouth and online marketing is a great way of getting referral income for sure. But consider posting flyers and classified ads in your local papers, restaurants and stores too. It might sound old school, but you'll be surprised. A little flyer or ad simple titled 'Make Free Money' still does the trick
