If you are serious about getting into shape, then you may want to consider the Marine Workout. It is a workout that will cure problems with being overweight, which is a major killer around the world.

If you are ready to make a positive change, then let me tell you about the Marines. The US Marine Corps keeps their soldiers in combat shape, mixing the workout routines and the physical challenges. These exercises are to prepare you both physically and mentally, which we all know is necessary for military training.

You will begin of course, by eating a sensible diet, and these workout principles. You aren't going to be doing any new fancy exercises, or purchase any fancy equipment, just follow these steps.

The first week you will st be doing the combat-conditioning exercises, then you will add sprints the next week, and by the third week, you will take on very intensive training for body strength and speed. If you can get through the Marine Workout, you have what it takes to become a Marine.

The exercises consist of:

  1. The Sandbag Squat - This is the best exercise for your legs and butt
  2. Sandbag Deadlift
  3. Dumbbell Clean and Press
  4. Dumbbell Swing
  5. Pullups - Back, arms, shoulders
  6. Front Squat to Push Press
  7. Pushups - works your chest, triceps, back, neck, legs, shoulders and butt
  8. Side Bridges - core
  9. Full Body Sit-Ups
There will be 3 workouts a week, with one day of rest between sessions. You need to start your workout with core exercises, such as planks, side bridges, or hanging leg raises.

The first week, you will be doing Pushups, Squats, and Full Body Sit-ups, then rotate them, starting off with 15 minutes a day, then until you can't do them anymore. If you can't do the full 15 minutes, just start off with anything, you will be on a better path to health.

TheMarine Workout is the best workout you will ever get. You will look, feel, and sleep better for the first time.
