Indian Gooseberries Growing on the Amalaki Tree

 Current research shows that Indian gooseberry or the fruit of the amalaki tree has antiviral and antimicrobial properties.  If that isn't a good reason to try the palatable varieties or supplements, keep in mind that studies show it can improve conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis.
