For as long as I can remember, I've suffered from a mild form of insomnia. Whether I feel tired or not, I have the most difficult time falling asleep. When I was younger this didn't have any detrimental impact on my life because I was young and could fight my way through the day. As I've grown older, however, it has become a much more difficult problem. That is why I am so thrilled to have discovered Melatonin, a natural sleep aid that really works and hast no major side effects to speak of.

Now that I'm an adult, not being able to fall asleep really does cause many problems. For one, it isn't good for a marriage when you aren't able to go to bed at the same time. My wife can fall asleep in seconds, leaving me really bored while staring at the ceiling. Additionally, if I don't get enough sleep, I'm then really tired in the morning and under-perform at work. So, it can even impact your career.

With all of these problems, I was very happy to discover Melatonin as a natural sleep supplement. Melatonin already occurs naturally within your body to tell your body its time to go to sleep, so taking it as a supplement just forces this to occur more quickly.

The best part of it all is that there really are very little melatonin side effects. I have been taking the supplement for the past 3 months now and I haven't experienced any issues. It helps me fall asleep quickly and I've had no problem staying asleep through the night. And, when I wake up in the morning, I'm not graugy or tired... I actually feel fresh and ready to start the day. This is a stark difference from something like Nyquil which leaves me pretty graugy in the morning.
