The San Diego Beaches

You can always head out to the beach early in the morning and stake out a great spot for a day in the sun. The beach is typically a great spot to be on Memorial Day weekend in southern California because the water is never really too cold. Though it still may be too cold for some people it is among one of the more popular places to be for Memorial Day. Some great San Diego beaches to consider for your Memorial Day celebration include:

This is also a very family friendly place to celebrate the Memorial Day weekend. If you are in San Diego for a Memorial Day vacation the zoo's proximity to everything cultural in the city will provide you with endless ways to enjoy your trip.

From the zoo to the Organ pavilion you will not be disappointed spending your holiday in this area.
