Money - The Art of Saving Change
Money makes the world go around...
I'm sure that you've all heard the old saying "every five cents counts"... Well thats true, slowly but surely all those five cent pieces add up. Twenty five cent pieces equals one dollar, fourty five cent pieces equals two dollars, sixty five cent pieces equals three dollars....
Im sure you get my point, slowly but surely every little cent counts. In my personl experience this is very true. I know that living on a budget and not having much extra cash to spare can be tricky, though you can still manage to save for special treats.
By simply placing your coins into a tin/jar, they will eventually add up. From my experience after six months of simply saving all my change, I was able to have saved just over seven hunded dollars in change, which I than put towards a well deserved holiday.
Approximately forty seven dollars out of that seven hundred dollars was made up of five cent pieces, thats right they really do add up.
Though I have a extra tip, to help your savings add up faster instead of just saving those five cent pieces, why not every time you get a five dollar note put it away in that tin/jar. Once you are in the habit you wont miss that five dollars here and there.
For example that forty seven dollars of five cent pieces that I saved, would actually be equal to four thousand and seven hundred dollars , in five dollar notes.
Good luck with it :)

Saving is so much easier than it sounds. Great advice for those not yet ready to take the plunge and open a savings account!
I like to save coins as well. Coins are real money. Credit card does not give the impression of spending real money.
