Camera's picture quaility is poor for a 5 megapixel camera. The 5MP of Motorola Delfy's camera is only supporting 640 x 480 resolution of video capture while the other high-end phone offers the HD video capture.

The Motorola Defy is a really great Android Smartphone for those who are hard on thier phones and need a phone that is a little more durable. It is designed to handle everything that life throws at it," said Motorola Mobility chief marketing officer Bill Ogle, in a statement. "With all the features consumers expect in a smartphone, Defy packs Web browsing, entertainment, and messaging capabilities as well as an exterior design that can withstand the stresses of everyday life." Inside the Defy is an 800MHz processor, Android 2.1, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, accelerometer, electronic compass, a 5 megapixel camera, FM radio and a MicroSD card slot. In other words - not too much astounding as this is quickly becoming the bare minimum anyone expects from an Android phone. Storage for the phone comes from 2GB of shared storage memory and 512MB of ram. Its 3.7" 480x854 pixel screen sits behind a Gorilla Glass panel. Motorola Defy is running the Google's Android 2.1 combined with Motoblur. The Motoblur's job is to help you stay connected to the social networks and also helps you to always up to date with your phone. With the combination of Motoblur and Android 2.1, you will always connected to the community. For the homescreen, Motorola Defy provides up to seven customizable displays and you may also configure it with your chosen shortcuts and widgets, including the Motoblur widgets. Motorola Defy is also equiped with proximity sensor, light sensor and accelerometer, plus GPS that gives you a free Google Maps Navigation that can very helpful on any road trip.
