Music To Workout To
Finding music to workout to that fits the training that you are doing can be a challenge. The perfect music to workout to flows seamlessly with your workout routine. Nothing is worse than trying to pump out that last rep while (insert lame song that you downloaded as a joke here) blasts through your headphones. So I suggest creating a playlist of mp3 downloads that match the workout routine you have planned. For example one list of mp3 downloads could be in your cardio playlist. Another group of edgier mp3 downloaded music to workout to could be in your free weights playlist. These are just some examples, feel free to listen to your music to workout to in any way you choose.

I think you need some tupac, dr.dre, and 50 cent on this playlist. I like listening to gangsta music when I workout because it fires me up!
