  • Motivate yourself - Some smart ways to motivate yourself is by setting goals, by writing down why you want to lose weight and by keeping a picture of how you want to look nearby.

  • Set goals - Goal setting is of utmost importance if you want to lose weight. It will help you to plan how you are going to achieve it.

  • Limit fat intake - Too much added fat in your diet can make you gain weight. If you want to lose weight, you have to stick to no more than 4 units fat a day. A unit of fat is equal to one teaspoon of oil, 9 olives or a quarter of an avocado.
